About Us
Private, Professional Chauffeured Luxury Ground Transportation in Los Angeles Since 2006
Concierge Services Inc. isn't a rideshare app and isn't a fleet of strangers. It's a Los Angeles chauffeured transportation company built around one standard: every trip is confirmed, every chauffeur is a professional, and every schedule is treated like it can't afford to slip.
Built in Los Angeles, for Los Angeles schedules.
Concierge Services Inc. has operated across Los Angeles and the surrounding counties since 2006 — long enough to know that this city runs on timing. A flight that lands early, a call sheet that moves up, a board meeting that can't start without the person in the car. That's the problem we built the company to solve: reliable, discreet, professional chauffeured transportation for people whose day doesn't have room for a wrong turn.
Two decades in, we've completed more than 32,000 trips across roughly 98 cities in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Ventura counties — from LAX and Hollywood Burbank Airport runs to studio lots, award shows, weddings, and private jet tarmac pickups. The vehicles have changed over the years; the standard hasn't.
Professional chauffeurs. Not an app.
A handful of things we hold ourselves to on every trip — not just the ones that are easy.
Flight-Tracked Pickups
Every airport pickup is tracked against the actual flight, not the scheduled time, so an early landing or a delay doesn't leave you waiting on us — or us waiting on a stale schedule.
Professional Chauffeurs
Our drivers are career chauffeurs, not rideshare drivers between other jobs. Discretion, punctuality, and a quiet, well-maintained vehicle are the baseline, not the upsell.
Built for Production & Corporate
We work around call sheets and board schedules, not office hours — on-call transportation for film and TV crews, executive roadshows, and client visits that can't run late.
Private Jet & FBO Service
Tarmac pickups at Van Nuys, Burbank, and LAX, plus private-terminal pickup for JSX out of Burbank — ground transportation that matches the standard of the flight itself.
A Fleet for the Trip, Not Just the Person
Executive sedans for one or two, SUVs for groups and luggage, a Sprinter van or Executive Coach for weddings and larger parties — one vehicle, not a caravan.
A Quote You Can Count On
Pricing is confirmed before you book, based on the vehicle and service you actually need — not a generic rate that doesn't match the trip. Call or reserve online and we'll walk you through it.

I've been using Concierge Service for almost 20 years and can say with all certainty that, I've never been let down. Ed and his team are trustworthy, loyal, and hard working. They make sure we feel safe and in good hands. They truly go above and beyond any other car service I've used.

I had a really early morning appointment in Redondo Beach and used this car service to get me to where I needed to go. The gentleman who picked me up was 10 minutes early and completely mindful that at 4:30am I wasn't really in the mood for a conversation. They're reliable and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you!
